Thanksgiving Workout: Gobble Til you Wobble


Attached is a Thanksgiving Workout: 2 versions 

  1. Workout with Equipment
  2. Body Weight workout (can be done in the gym)

The students work in groups of 3. They roll a dice to determine the reps for each skill and then rotate in an I-go, you-go order completing the reps and sets before moving on to the next skill. Directions are outlined on the download.
